Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium Onions sliced
  • 600 g Boneless Beef (under cut) cut into cubes
  • ½ tbsp Garlic paste
  • ½ tbsp Ginger paste
  • 2 tsp Raw papaya paste
  • tsp Salt or to taste
  • 200 g Beef or lamb fat cut into cubes
  • 1 tsp Tikka Boti Masala

Instructions
 

Prepare Onion Water

  • Place a muslim cloth over a bowl and grate the onions using a grater.
    Squeeze the grated onion well to extract the juice, then discard the grated onion.

Marinate the Beef

  • In the bowl with onion water, add the boneless beef and mix well.
    Add garlic paste, ginger paste, raw papaya paste, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
    Cover and marinate for 2 hours or overnight for best results.

Skewer the Meat

  • On a skewer, thread 2 pieces of marinated beef followed by 1 piece of beef fat, alternating. Sprinkle tikka boti masala on the skewers.

Grill the Boti

  • Grill the skewers over burning charcoal or in a pan, basting with ghee or oil, until the meat is tender and cooked through.

Serve

  • Serve the Afghani Beef Boti hot with salad, raita, and green chili sauce on the side.
