- 1 tsp Salt or to taste
- ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
- ½ tbsp Chopped Green chili
- 1-2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Coriander
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
For the Green Chutney:
- 5-6 Fresh Spinach leaves
- 1 handful Fresh Coriander
- 1 handful Mint leaves
- 2 cloves Garlic cloves
- 3 Green chilies
- ¼ cup Roasted gram
- ½ tsp Salt or to taste
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- ¼ cup Water
For Assembling the Sandwich:
- 4 large Bread slices
- Butter (Makhan) as needed
- Cucumber slices (Kheera) as needed
- Tomato slices (Tamatar) as needed
