Banana Pancakes

Here’s a delicious banana pancakes recipe with a of cinnamon!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large Banana ripe
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Sugar (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tbsp Melted butter or oil
  • ½ tsp Vanilla essence

Instructions
 

Mash the Banana

  • In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.

Combine the Ingredients

  • Add the milk, egg, melted butter (or oil), and vanilla extract to the mashed banana. Mix until well combined.
    In another bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar (if using), baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
    Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set (about 2-3 minutes). Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Heat the Pan

  • Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil.
    Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set (about 2-3 minutes). Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Serve

  • Serve warm with your favorite toppings, such as maple syrup, sliced bananas, or whipped cream.
