- 1 large Banana ripe
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar (optional)
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tbsp Melted butter or oil
- ½ tsp Vanilla essence
Combine the Ingredients
Add the milk, egg, melted butter (or oil), and vanilla extract to the mashed banana. Mix until well combined.In another bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar (if using), baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set (about 2-3 minutes). Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Heat the Pan
Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil.Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set (about 2-3 minutes). Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
