1 long bread loaf (baguette, French bread, or any type you prefer)

Instructions
Boil the Chicken:
In a medium pot, add the chicken breasts along with a pinch of salt, red chili powder, black pepper, and garlic paste.Pour in just enough water to cover the chicken halfway (this will help cook the chicken without making it too watery). Boil the chicken over medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked.Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pot and let it cool slightly before shredding it with two forks.
Prepare the Chicken Mixture:
In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with 1 tbsp each of chili sauce, mayonnaise, and tomato sauce. Stir everything together until the chicken is well coated and the sauce is evenly distributed.
Prepare the Bread:
Slice the long bread loaf into individual pieces (about 4-6 slices, depending on the size of the loaf).Slice each piece of bread in half horizontally to create a top and bottom for your "pizza."
Assemble the Chicken Bread Pizza:
Lay each bread slice on a baking tray. Spread a generous layer of the prepared chicken mixture on the bottom half of each bread slice.Sprinkle finely chopped spring onions on top of the chicken layer for added flavor and crunch.
Add Cheese and Bake:
Top each chicken bread pizza with a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the bread slices on a baking tray and bake for about 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Serve:
Once baked, remove the chicken bread pizzas from the oven. Let them cool for a minute or two, then slice into smaller pieces if desired.Serve warm and enjoy!
