- 1 kg Chicken fillet
- ½ cup Yogurt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Hot chili powder
- ¼ cur Vinegar
- 2 cup Breadcrumbs or as needed
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cup Flour
- Oil for frying
Ingredients for Sauce
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 cup water
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 3 tsp Bisto gravy powder
Marination
Mix together yogurt, salt, black pepper, chilli powder, garlic and vinegar and marinate chicken.Cover and marinate for 30 mins or overnight.
Bread the Chicken
Place the flour in a shallow dish.In a second dish, beat the eggs until well combinedIn a third dish, Put breadcrumbs.Dip each piece of chicken in flour, then in egg, then in breadcrumbs.
Frying
Heat about 1/4 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium to medium-high heat.Shallow fry meat pieces on medium heat until brown. Drain on paper towel.
For Sauce
Melt. Butter, add garlic and braised for 1 minutes. Then add 1 ½ cup of water. To the other half cup of water, add bisto powder, mix well then add to the sauce, stirring all the time. Add soya sauce and salt if needed. Boil until the sauce is thick.
