For Assembling:

Instructions

Make the Chocolate Ganache

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chopped dark chocolate and cream. Microwave for about 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth and glossy. Set aside to cool slightly.

Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer

  • In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, condensed milk, whipping cream, and vanilla essence.
Beat the mixture until soft peaks form.
This will be your rich and creamy middle layer.

Create the Crunchy Cereal Topping

  • In another bowl, microwave chopped dark chocolate for 1 minute or until fully melted. Stir until smooth.
Add crispy chocolate cereal and mix until well coated. Sprinkle in cocoa powder and mix again to coat everything evenly.
    Set aside.

Assemble the Dessert

  • Slice the chocolate pound cake into thin layers.
In your serving dish, lay down a layer of cake slices.
Pour a bit of flavored chocolate milk over the cake to moisten it.
Spread the cream cheese layer evenly over the cake.
Top with the chocolate ganache, spreading it gently.
Finish with the crunchy cereal layer on top for texture and extra chocolatey goodness.

Chill & Serve

  • Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours or until set. Serve chilled and enjoy every creamy, crunchy, chocolate-filled bite!
