Place a muslim cloth over a bowl and grate the onions using a grater.Squeeze the grated onion well to extract the juice, then discard the grated onion.
Marinate the Beef
In the bowl with onion water, add the boneless beef and mix well.Add garlic paste, ginger paste, raw papaya paste, and salt. Mix thoroughly.Cover and marinate for 2 hours or overnight for best results.
Skewer the Meat
On a skewer, thread 2 pieces of marinated beef followed by 1 piece of beef fat, alternating. Sprinkle tikka boti masala on the skewers.
Grill the Boti
Grill the skewers over burning charcoal or in a pan, basting with ghee or oil, until the meat is tender and cooked through.
Serve
Serve the Afghani Beef Boti hot with salad, raita, and green chili sauce on the side.
